Here are some vital tips to ensure their safety and well-being during this heat wave: Stay Hydrated 💧 Encourage seniors to drink plenty of water throughout the day. Avoid caffeinated or alcoholic beverages that can lead to dehydration. Keep Cool Indoors 🏠 Ensure their living space is cool by using fans, air conditioning, or cool showers. Keep curtains closed during the hottest parts of the day to block out the sun. Dress Appropriately 👗 Light-colored, loose-fitting clothing made of breathable fabrics like cotton can help keep body temperature down.
