Anyone who accomplishes this feat produces more than 𝟵𝟱% 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.. It’s a huge accomplishment. Whenever an agent in our collaboration group is awarded the ICON award, I enjoy recognizing them on social media. So when I received this month’s list of recent ICON award winners there were 24 agents on the list. It’s difficult to find 5 agents in most brokerages who do ICON level production. There were 𝟮𝟰 𝗶𝗻 𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗖𝗢𝗟𝗟𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗚𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗣 𝗔𝗟𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗛!! We continue to dominate real HAR production. I’ll start alphabetically and go down the list from there. Congratulations Carlos Brito who joins the 5 Timers club, meaning he has received $80,000 in company stock for ICON awards, not to mention other awarded stock over the years. He has well over six figures more net worth than he would have had had he not come to eXp. And how much has his business grown since he got here? He ICONS-ed this year X 3 1/2. If the entire year was one 8-5 workday Carlos would have ICON-ed before the morning coffee break, then shortly after lunch, and then again in the late afternoon. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗕𝘂𝗱𝗱𝘆! 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂!
