While all these features are nice, the most important thing to consider when buying a new construction is construction quality. Many of the features can be added later, or updated, quality construction cannot. Make sure to stay on top of your builder during the construction process, at the same time many of us are not contractors, so it is essential to have the home inspected, during, and after construction is complete. Believe me, many of the things you may have missed while wearing "rose-colored" glasses will drive you crazy after you move in.
