But we didn't stop there. Together, we defined the next three horizons for Intuis, charting our course for the future with clarity and purpose.

This is one of my favorite times of the year – our annual company meeting.
Not only is it nice to lay out our goals for the year, but it’s just great seeing everyone in person. Offering work-from-home flexibility is definitely a perk – one we’re grateful to be able to offer at JMARK – but coming together and being surrounded by people who care about what they do ...
It’s a different kind of energy. Especially when we’re able to celebrate the hard work everyone put in the year prior.
I can’t tell you enough about how proud I am of our team. If you work in technology, you know how fast things change. That just when you feel confident with a certain product or software, everything shifts.
But with every change and every disruption, this team rose to the challenge. Every. Single. Time.

For any leader who struggles with engagement or who is scratching their head as to why people keep leaving, here’s my advice:
Celebrate your team.
Champion them.
Reward them.
It’s such a simple act, but it yields massive results. Because we need to see our team members as WHOLE humans. To not only value them for the work and effort they consistently put in but to celebrate and reward those efforts as well.
2023 was a big year for us. Probably the biggest we’ve had yet.
But if I know my team as well as I think I do – 2024 aims to be even better.
As we look back on the incredible journey of 2023 a year packed with successful closings and shared victories.
Beyond hitting milestones, there's a team that tirelessly works together.
Our employees are the driving force of our achievements. We're not just a company we are a family. Each member contributes their unique skills and talents, making our collective success possible.
