We're honored to receive a $25,000 grant from Bank of America to support case management services at Compass Point Village. Compass Point Village will provide permanent supportive housing for 85 people experiencing chronic homelessness. Bank of America's gift will support on-site case management services for residents. Each resident will have an individualized case management plan to enhance both housing stability and independence. Individual services will also include behavioral health, social and educational activities, and job training. "This grant from Bank of America helps fill an important need at Compass Point Village," said Permanent Supportive Housing Director Jenny Moffatt. "Our 92% success rate in keeping formerly homeless folks in housing is due to the support that we provide through case management. We are very appreciative of this generous grant." Thank you Bank of America for being a key partner with us in #EndingHomelessness!
