Upskilling or Reskilling is just term. All one need the ability to study. This is applicable to everyone especially to all the programmers. Otherwise AI will wipe very easily.

Absolutely! Learning new skills (upskilling) is happening now with AI's help. In the future, learning entirely new skills for different jobs (reskilling) could be even more crucial. AI isn't just automating tasks, it's also helping people learn new things and use their skills differently.

Looking forward to this!
