It’s been a busy and exciting time at our Hiawatha office. Recently, the team gathered for a baby shower for John Schraidt and his wife Sarah; celebrated the wedding of Shannon McDermott and her husband Kyle; enjoyed a company picnic; and watched Kyle Kunz, CPA perform with his band, The O.K.’s!

Well, now you get to learn 5 fun facts about Sheila 🖐️ 1️⃣ Go-to coffee order for work: "Dunkin’s... always decaf, with a touch of caramel and oat milk." 2️⃣ Music or silence for deep work? "It depends on the work, but for deep focus, you can find ocean sounds filling the silence." 3️⃣ Favorite team activity: "While I love a nice team dinner, I enjoy going to a good sporting event with the team and love when we can get together for paint night." 4️⃣ Best way to destress after work/favorite hobby: "I love reading or heading out for a drive to the beach. I get asked a lot of questions about "What does Radar Promotions mean?" - "What separates you from everyone else in the promo space?" - and in 1 post & picture, Kristina perfectly summarized it... In a world full of #LogoSlappers, our team takes a diffferent approach: The first question is "What HAVEN'T we seen with this client's logo on it before?" - The second question is "Should our clients logo be on this?" We are constantly striving to push the envelope of branding, while protecting the brand guidelines but also taking a #FreshTake on the brand, with new, innovative products & imprinting technologies.
Over here at the Y being the coolest Executive Director ever, passing out Y jibbetz to staff- big THANK you to Ryan Paules for the extra goodies he put in with our last order. The best service and Y products around!

New blog post on grassgoddessconsulting.com!
My Hall of Flowers Santa Rosa blog post is complete and would love for you to check it out. Here's a preview: Friday morning I walked over to the fairgrounds and ran into Ian A. Rassman at security. We chatted a bit as we strolled through one of the halls and chatted with brands. Shortly after I found a couple of my favorites, Brian Holler and Jeff Levers from the Beard Bros Pharms and we bumped into Peter Olander from Happie scoring some CBD seltzers. I met Pete at the Dunkz coffee and donuts event at Emerald Cup, he's also from Chicago and is very thoughtful about the ingredients used in his hemp drinks. A big thank you to all our clients, friends, and supporters of Space Craft Joinery for making last night's 'Around the Kitchen Counter' event such a success! The energy in the room was fantastic, with familiar and new faces—it was a real treat meeting clients in person who I’d only spoken to over the phone or via email. The team got a real buzz out of it, too! Special shoutout to Amy Springhall, our amazing MC, who brought energy and laughs throughout the night. Amy was the inspiration behind the event, and we’re so grateful she agreed to collaborate with us to make it happen. Our panelists—Kellie, Sally, and Tamsin—shared some valuable insights: - Sally Ness reminded us that turning points often only make sense in hindsight, and her mantra, “Love life and life will love you back,” resonated with everyone. - Tamsin Simounds spoke about leaving radiography to pursue coaching and public speaking, and emphasized that facing our fears is where real growth happens. - Kellie Campbell-Illingworth reflected on winning the Young Gun Award in NYC, a turning point which has opened many doors for her. She encouraged us to stay true to ourselves and own our accomplishments. A huge thank you to Claudia and Peter from Alluca, who served their 2013 Taking Flight Sparkling Rosé—a small batch wine that was a real hit. Peter kept everyone’s glasses topped up all night and this no doubt helped to keep the conversation flowing! Before wrapping up, I shared some exciting news: Over 50% of our best clients come from referrals. To build on that, we’ll be sending out a survey to ask what kind of incentive would encourage you to refer us more actively. Whether it’s a case of wine, a local restaurant voucher, or a weekend getaway at Ingoldby Road, we want your feedback! Finally, a huge shoutout to the team for their help getting this event off the ground, especially Karen, who was as emotionally invested as I was. We can breathe easy today and share a little high-five moment. 🖐️ #SpaceCraft #AroundTheKitchenCounter #ClientReferrals #CommunitySupport

Quality isn't just a goal; it's the backbone of consumer trust and experience. 🏆 Maintaining exceptional quality is paramount in a world where consumer goods are not just products but part of the everyday lives of millions. That's why it's so inspiring to see #TeamUSA's Riddhi Patel, Sergio Rojas, Brian Moren, PMP, Luca Bertolini, and Enrico Marzinotto achieve remarkable standards in managing quality at the Andersson factory. With over 15 years in the consumer goods and electronics industry, I've witnessed firsthand the impact that dedicated teams can have on the end-to-end customer experience. Quality management is more than just a checkpoint; it's a comprehensive approach to ensuring every product leaves the factory floor, a testament to the brand's commitment to excellence. The success of #TeamUSA demonstrates how cross-functional collaboration and a relentless focus on quality can lead to outstanding results. Their achievement is a win for the Andersson factory and every consumer interacting with their products. How does your organisation ensure the highest quality standards? What strategies have you found most effective in fostering a culture of excellence? Let's celebrate the achievements of those who set the bar high and share insights to help elevate the consumer experience. If you find this inspiring or have thoughts to share, please like, comment, or repost this to spread the word. #Quality #ConsumerGoods #Excellence
Picture it: A raised platform, hundreds of teammates in attendance – including U.S. Senator Graham – and an open mic. The stage was set for Anderson refrigeration factory employee Genese Baker, and she did not disappoint. Genese’s performance of our national anthem at a recent rally event was a reminder of how our appliances are built with American pride. Planning Christmas activities for both staff and the community can take a lot of work alongside day to day business tasks. We started planning a month ago! How do you juggle finding time to prepare for Christmas and ensuring day to day business continues as normal? and the big question is, is it ever too early to start? 🎄 As a big Christmas fan, my answer is no, it’s never too early! But between Christmas social media content, client messages, staff Christmas parties, community/charity support and more… time can escape you very quickly! We like to make sure we have a team involved, rather than it being one person’s responsibility so we can achieve more in a shorter space of time and it remains manageable! P.S Can you spot what they are making? 👀
Our creative team have started Christmas preparations for one of our annual traditions... it's never too early! 🎄
