To our customers, Thank you for the opportunity to serve you these past 60 years. Myself, and the employees, at Honnen Equipment are committed to your success each and every day. We wanted to let you know that we have entered into a formal agreement for our eight stores located in Wyoming, Utah, and Idaho to be acquired by RDO Equipment Co. and our three Colorado stores to be acquired by 4Rivers Equipment. We also want you to know that we, along with our new partners, are committed to making this transition as easy as possible for you. You can expect to see the same level of service and commitment that you are accustomed to. In the weeks ahead, I’m sure you will be hearing from RDO and 4Rivers and I hope you’ll welcome them as your new partner. If you aren’t familiar with RDO, they are a family-owned business headquartered in Fargo, ND and have about 75 construction and agriculture stores located throughout the upper Midwest, Northwest, Southwest, Texas and now the Mountain Region. Many of you may already know 4Rivers, which has a long history in Colorado and New Mexico. We expect the deal to close on December 11, 2023. As many of you know, this business has been a foundational part of my family for my entire life. My dad devoted his life to this business, and I was fortunate enough to learn from him, follow in his footsteps, and be a part of growing this business into everything it is today. All that is possible because of trusted customers like you. Entrusting our family’s business to someone else wasn’t an easy decision but I am glad to say that I believe I’m leaving you in very good hands. They recognize that even while we are changing some things here, your work doesn’t stop. We’ll continue to be here to serve you every step of the way.
