Middlemen... Brokers... Totally Bonkers! Ever since we kicked off the GDT movement, I've been getting more messages from these folks than I can count. But honestly? That's not what our team is about. So, I politely told them, "No, thanks!" We’re all about finding people who are on the same page—good, honest folks who want to genuinely contribute to the network. Think about it: Growers get squeezed on the wholesale price, dispensaries get squeezed on the intake price… So who’s actually winning here? Yup, you guessed it—the middlemen and brokers. And that? Well, that’s just bonkers. Short cut.... Grower to the Dispensaries is one of our objectives.

As soon as the first beverage producers clearly label their deposit containers (e.g. with SGTINs), all small take-back points will be able to register/count these deposit containers in the deposit system in a forgery-proof manner. At all small take-back points, my low-cost collection machines can enable enormous savings potential of up to 70% in the storage and, in particular, transportation of deposit containers. And: All compressible lightweight packaging (PET bottles, metal cans, Tetra Paks, ...) can be flattened quickly and easily, collected automatically and stored hygienically with my collection machine. This requires a footprint of just 0.25 m² or 2.71 ft².

While switchers and our Distributor have similarities... there's a big difference. They both deliver food products to a cutter head, where it's cut into French fries, pickles, matchsticks, and wedges. And if a plug or a maintenance need occurs, they move or shift flow to avoid costly downtime. BUT The Distributor divides the product into two outlets, sending product through two cutting heads simultaneously and doubling throughput with one pump. The Distributor automatically switches flow to the operational block if a plug or changeout is needed. Lihua shares sold 39,655,900 broilers in November, with sales revenue of 1.154 billion yuan According to the announcement released by Lihua shares recently, the company sold 39,655,900 broilers in November, with sales revenue of 1,154 billion yuan, and the average sales price of 13.63 yuan/kg, the month-on-month changes were -0.53%, -1.79%, -3.06%, and the year-on-year changes were 12.95%, 2.85%, -9.19%. The company sold 415 million broilers (including slaughtered and cooked products) in the first November, with a sales revenue of 11.99 billion yuan.

🌟 - SPOTLIGHT on case study @The Wipes Company ..who approached us to supply a range of packaging solutions for wet wipes, as a B2B supplier. The client requested buckets and lids by pallet multiples, and the challenge in this instance was holding and balancing stocks, especially during the Covid pandemic where demand for wipe buckets fluctuated and increased substantially. Holding stock enabled us to balance out the demand fluctuations which meant the customer was provided a stable supply, and they now place regular orders. Is an additional $41.5M enough for Pandion to be the solution I hope they become? Time to imagine..... I look at my last shipper life, and I would have given up potato chips and my first-born to be able to use the Pandion that I see at scale.... Imagine being a small - medium (or even large) shipper, with a 1 -3 FC's.....and you have a profile that looks like any industrial supplier, pet food supplier, etc., where your profile runs the gamut from envelopes to 70 pound packages.... Because of your locations, most of your product needs to go with Brown or Purple....simply because you don't have the volume to give to a local or regional carrier to make it cost-effective for them or you (or the door space inside the four walls to make it operationally feasible). But imagine........you have 4 doors in each facility....and each door now feeds Pandion.......and Pandion decides which carrier meets the service and cost requirements.........and sends the packages on their merry way.........and the 50 packages you have for Florida coming out of Frederick, MD now get married up with 1250 packages from other shippers and all head to Florida to HackBarth, or some other SE carrier offering the right service at the right rates.... I don't think $41.5M is enough to get to shipper nirvana.......let's get started on the next round, Scott!
