How to value an employee? ✅ Listening to their ideas and suggestions. ✅ Keeping our promises. ✅ Promoting them when it's fair. ✅ Publicly acknowledging their work. ✅ Thanking them for their dedication and effort. ✅ Adjusting their salary according to their experience and performance.

HOW TO WIN TOMORROW'S FOOTBALL WITH TODAY'S STEPS Tomorrow's football can be won by what we plan today and implement overtime by using certain guides to predict and prepare - I know you've heard this before but maybe it's how people go about it. How about looking at it this way..The thought process must be ; What kind of football will be played in 2034? What Kind of players will be required for that kind of football? What kind of Coaches and Managers will be required? What support structures and staff will be required? e.t.c. In reference to the above some few predictions could be: Kind of Player : Highly Technical and Intelligent enough to execute instructions and also have superior ability to think and act independently as per demands of the game but still operate within the principles, sub principles and sub-sub principles of play as prescribed by the team. Kind of Football : Hybrid - both highly tactical and technical (Just being a 'good footballer' may not cut it). Tactical versatility and Technical Superiority e.g Being an aggressive team means your players must be technically good too as the moment they win back the ball in a tight spot, they themselves must find a way out of that same zone lest they suffer the same loss. Kind of Coach : Exceptional thinker, top communicator and super man management skills - the players will ask Why and not just how they are required to do things. Despite being strong mentally, players may be fragile and sensitive to certain matters too and will require one with good psychological skills to manage. Support Structures and Staff : Specialized and Highly Skilled. The ones respected enough and acknowledged to know that the game is won by both footballing and non footballing factors - their input must not be taken as a by the way but as core to all process. In all this, even those that handle matters off the pitch as administrators would need preparation for that level as without it being adequate, the results will suffer and some efforts may be in vain. Once these and other similar questions are answered, then a more important step must be taken ; implementation. Identify those who may fit the caps, build capacity - put this human resource to work and have proper accountability checks and corrective measures. Such a process wouldn't be once off but the conveyor belt must been running. Some things may not make sense in the present such as preparing a player that will play in 2034 as the methods will be different from the present but in time, the results will be handsome. It's possible but requires honest work and an undying desire for success. I think it's applicable in both club and national setups. I value a company that value their employees. A leader who will not publicly show his/her team members mistakes to others. A leader who professionally discussed with the employees on things that need to improve privately. A leader who understands that the employee is also human with have ups and downs in life. A company that values the employees same as they value their own objective. As an HR, I will stand with a company that build up their policies according to the Employee Act. Using EA as part of their guideline and reference for better connect with the employees. I value a company that provide good benefit for the employees because salary is not the only thing that makes work better but humanity does. I value a working benefit because that’s how company appreciates the employees. I value a company that puts trust in their employees because it shows how important they are. I value a leader who respects their employees ideas and suggestions because it shows the character of the company. I value an employee who cares about the team members because that shows how good the environment is. I value a comprehensive working environment because at the end of the day that it naturally shows how good the work is done.
