(Most of your struggles with recovery post-workout are due to inadequate sleep this doesn’t mean you need to nap all day, but prioritizing quality rest is essential! you should emphasize: -Getting 7-9 hours of sleep each night -Establishing a calming bedtime routine -Reducing caffeine intake in the afternoon -Creating a cool, dark sleeping environment Improving your sleep hygiene will enhance recovery and overall performance! :)

KICKSTARTERS 👇🏼 The first list are ways to reduce external pressures on your body that are often overlooked and undervalued but 1,000% science-based and necessary. +Proper sleep hygiene +Eating properly +Hydrating +Move your body +Diaphragmatic breathing +Leisure time +Healthy relationships Some supercharged hacks that are also science-based: +Cold exposure (like a cold shower or dunking your face in ice water) +Jumping up and down +Singing/humming/gargling +Hands or foot massage +Putting lotion on your whole body +Meditation None of these things are going to be a fix-all but all of them can move the needle for you in the right direction if you stay consistent. Then you can begin to gain the capacity to start working on deeper issues. Drop any questions you have, happy to expand on any of these things!
