I listened today to my mentor, Michele, sharing an experience of unethical behaviors within our community that is creating false beliefs about our program. I feel really sad about this & how it's impacting both Michele and our community because this is the type of thing that is leading people to believe that none of these types of opportunities are real, that they are all scams. COMMUNITY! What does community mean to you? Friends, neighbors, ??? To me community means a group of individuals who share common interests, values, and goals, coming together to support and uplift one another. It is built on a foundation of mutual respect, cooperation, and a sense of belonging. In a community, people collaborate to create a positive environment where everyone's contributions are valued. Whether it's a neighborhood, an online group, or a workplace, a community provides a sense of connection and shared identity. Through shared experiences and interactions, community members foster relationships that enhance their lives and the collective well-being. Embracing diversity and fostering a sense of unity, communities play a vital role in promoting social harmony and creating a supportive network for individuals to thrive. I think I have several different communities - with some individuals in more than one of my communities! #community
