Two-Story Residential Building Design Proud to share my latest project, created using Autodesk Revit, a two-story residential building thoughtfully designed with functionality, connectivity, and natural ventilation in mind. Key features include: -Double-Height Hall: Centrally positioned for an open and spacious ambiance. -Living Spaces: Each floor includes a kitchen and dining area, with two bedrooms located on the opposite side and a third bedroom at the rear of the hall. -Ventilation and Connectivity: Openings between the hall and the adjacent corridor ensure optimal ventilation. A corridor extends from the hall to the kitchen-side veranda, enhancing flow and usability. -Drawing Room: Strategically positioned along the central passageway near the hall and entrance, providing both privacy and accessibility. -Porches and Lawns: Two porches—a car porch and a main entrance porch, each complemented by a lawn—add greenery and enhance curb appeal. -Around-the-Building Ventilation: Designed with ventilation spaces all around, ensuring cross-ventilation and comfortable living conditions.
