We have a son Cameron & daughter Colette, or Coco, & baby #3 is to be here in about 6 weeks! In my free time, there is nothing I love more than to be with my family. They are my everything and my ‘why’.” 1️⃣ How long have you been in the industry & what roles have you held in your career? “7+ years. Started in Lab as an account manager, launched and managed a Cardiopulmonary division, and now Director of Allied Health here at Lark!” 2️⃣ How did you become interested in the medical staffing industry, & what motivated you to pursue a career in it? “I knew I wanted to get into sales, but more importantly, wanted to get into a role where I could work and build relationships with people on a consistent basis.” 3️⃣ What’s one piece of advice you would give to someone aspiring to work in the medical staffing field? “Anyone who has truly done this job knows the roller coaster ride they are signing up for. But, it’s a ride I enjoy so much. It is definitely not an easy career and you really have to invest a lot of time and work your butt off out of the gates in order to be successful. A lot of people love to see the benefits and fun that come with this type of career. Don’t get me wrong, we have lots of fun, but it’s a lot more fun when you are winning and having success coming from your dedication to hard work.” 4️⃣ Do you have a hidden talent or skill that not many people know about? “I have been told that I have a very loud clap.
