🇬🇷 Inside Sleeper 117: In the 1950s, both well-heeled travellers and locals would flock to coastal resorts along the Athens Riviera, where palm-fringed beaches and waterfront cafes were said to rival those of the South of France. Now, a revival is underway, with developers snapping up land to create new residential communities, shopping districts and entertainment venues, in addition to world-class hotels. A number of international players have already planted flags along the coastline, though perhaps the most unique venture comes courtesy of Grivalia Hospitality and Domes Resorts . Designed by Chadios Architects, 91 Athens Riviera, The Resort takes the form of a cabana beach club experience, comprising 28 domed cabanas, each fitted out to the same standard as any guestroom in the Domes portfolio. 🏨 Imagine walking into a hotel that feels stuck in the past—a worn-out lobby, outdated furnishings, and lackluster amenities. Now picture another hotel nearby, sleek and modern, with state-of-the-art technology, contemporary decor, and luxurious facilities. Which one would you choose? Most likely, the second one. This scenario highlights the importance of continuous investment in the hotel industry. 🌟 🔑 In today’s dynamic hospitality landscape, staying competitive is crucial. Customers have high expectations—they seek personalized experiences, convenience, and top-notch services. To meet these demands, hotels must invest in their properties consistently. 🛠️ Investment in the hotel industry encompasses various aspects. First and foremost, it involves regular renovation and refurbishment. Outdated rooms and facilities can deter potential guests, while newly renovated spaces exude a sense of freshness and modernity. By investing in renovations, hotels can attract visitors who appreciate contemporary aesthetics and comfort. 🛋️✨ https://lnkd.in/gpDZeT8n #HospitalityIndustry #HotelInvestment #Renovation #GuestExperience #Modernization #TravelAndTourism #HotelManagement 🏨🔑🌟

HIDDEN GUEST: Boutiquehotel Das Zeitwer Architecturally, the hotel is a success story. Its design does not scream grand hauteur but quietly exudes elegant confidence. The interior mimics a minimalist Alpine style. With a refined interior, the ambience can be labelled traditional comfort. All materials are superb, and with an abundance of space, staying in this hotel is a delight. The hotel’s cuisine and additional offerings befit the hotel’s image of a well-designed boutique hotel. Only the personnel seems to lack a hand here and there. Should you organise a team building, a corporate educational seminar or if you want to reward coworkers in the region, this hotel is ideal. Incentive boutique hotels like this can cater to any such event. Zeitwert is an exemplary representative of hotels where modernity crosses paths with tradition. It may need a few tweaks, yet its price outweighs the decision. Compared to hotels in Graz, staying here is a no-brainer ...
