Sultan Al-Otaibi CEO of Taiba Investments states "Saudi Arabia’s hospitality sector has experienced significant growth since 2022, with the industry projected to reach USD 16.9 billion by 2029. The Kingdom plans to invest USD 550 billion in tourism over six years, with the aim of boosting its contribution to GDP to 10 percent and attracting 100 million tourists annually. Additionally, Saudi Arabia plans to build 320,000 hotel rooms by 2030 at an estimated cost of USD 37.8 billion, supported by strategic infrastructure developments and new urban developments.
