Dear Hostinger , I am reaching out to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the ongoing issue regarding the commission payment that I earned through your referral program. Despite being informed by your team that the payment was sent to my PayPal account, it has been nearly 20 days, and PayPal has confirmed that they have not received any funds. I have tried multiple times to get in touch with your support team, but unfortunately, the response has been extremely poor. No one is replying to my queries or providing any assistance to resolve this matter. As a loyal customer and partner, I expect a certain level of professionalism and support, especially when it comes to financial transactions. This experience has been highly disappointing, and I urge Hostinger to take immediate action to resolve this issue. Please have someone from your team reach out to me directly to resolve this matter. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to consider other hosting providers and share my experience publicly. Looking forward to your swift response.
