To me, any women in sport really inspire me. It could be typically quite male dominated field, particularly England woman's goalkeeper Mario UPS. She's great inspiration for me. The woman asked me the most Is my mom. I would be honest. Is my mom. Yeah, to be a wife, a woman, a mother. To raise kids, to organize every everyone in the family, to make sure everyone is happy and give positivity vibes. And I think it was my grandma. She always saw me how strong woman's can be. And that's amazing for me, his Freda Carlo. I love her. I love how. For her times when she lived, she was so. With a big and very strong personality, in my opinion, she was like she. I don't know. For me, she's a concept. Maybe trust and think we don't want to trust women can do like with a lot of responsibility. I think we didn't give much space for women and I think it's time to just trust and believe on woman. Like capacity to work and do a good and great job to be fine hospitality. Yeah. So I think that one of the biggest challenges that women face in hospitality industry is finding that work life balance and women will play a lot of different roles in their personal life, in their professional life. So it's always a juggling act. I think that's a. A bit of a difficult question because today I think it's got a lot better than when I started out in hospitality. You could see clear difficulties for women and how they were treated differently in regards to men and it was a lot more. Male bartenders and male roles, and you know, the female tend to be the waitress and that's when I started out in hospitality. That's exactly how it was. But now I think women have got more of a voice and they're not afraid to speak up. And I watched that evolve gradually as I've gone through working in hospitality. Maybe sometimes the way like we need to explain things to some people or with some ways to explain ourselves. Sometimes the words of the woman's is not big enough. But nothing like we cannot handle in the end of the day. They need to be open minded. Doesn't matter what they will want to to do or what. Maybe they are thinking to housekeeping, what couple fists, restaurant or doesn't matter. The hospitality is really nice to do it. And I would encourage them. And two, yeah, just at least to try. Just like be always there selves. Face. With all the strong to get their opportunities and never listen like any note on your way, just do it and that's it. I think everyone has the opportunity to growing up in life, and I think a really important message is to be bold, be brave and be ambitious. Understand that you're just as qualified as anyone else in the room, and to to really go for and put yourself out there wherever you can. The most important message, I'd say, is just to be yourself. You can do anything. That you want to do and any job that you're looking to get, you can get it. Don't think you know I can't. If you want to be a chef just because you know, typically you see males in that role. You can still go via sheet, can be whatever you wanna be. Don't. Treat yourself differently and then other people won't treat you differently and be strong. Voice reputations. For young woman I would say like if you don't ask you don't get so for me it's like if you think you are confident for doing something, don't be afraid to doing it cause in the end of the day we need to starting to say like we are here and we are good.
