The rumors are true... Hyatt Hotels Corporation will in fact acquire lifestyle hotel operator Standard International, LLC. With the deal — priced at up to $335 million — Hyatt will assume Standard International’s 21-hotel portfolio, including The Standard, High Line in New York City, as well as more than 30 pipeline projects.
