Finding Balance in Every Cup ☕🌲 As someone who spends their weekends hiking 🥾, capturing the beauty of nature 📸, or experimenting with new coffee brewing techniques ☕, I've come to realize that there’s a powerful connection between these personal passions and my professional life. Each of these activities has taught me something invaluable that I carry into my work. Hiking, for example, isn’t just about reaching the summit—it's about the journey, the persistence, and the ability to navigate challenges along the way. This mindset helps me approach complex projects with patience and determination, knowing that every small step brings me closer to the goal. Photography has sharpened my attention to detail. Capturing the perfect shot requires focus, timing, and an eye for subtle nuances. In business, this translates to being meticulous and thoughtful in every task, whether it’s crafting a strategy or executing a project. It reminds me that success often lies in the details we might otherwise overlook. And then there’s coffee. Perfecting my barista skills is all about balance and precision. Whether it's getting the right grind size, water temperature, or brewing time, each element plays a crucial role in creating that perfect cup. Similarly, in business, success comes from balancing various components—team collaboration, innovation, and execution—to create something truly exceptional. Just like in nature or brewing the perfect cup of coffee, business is about patience, attention to detail, and balance. The lessons we learn in our personal lives often have profound implications for our professional growth. How do your hobbies or weekend activities influence your work life? I’d love to hear how you find balance and inspiration outside of the office! 🤗 #HikingAdventures #NaturePhotography #BaristaLife #PersonalGrowth #Mindfulness #LinkedInCommunity #InspirationOutsideWork #WeekendReflections

Whether it’s treating yourself to a nice meal, enjoying a peaceful walk in nature, or diving into a good book at a cozy café, these moments of solitude can be incredibly rejuvenating. They remind us that we don’t need anyone else’s company to experience joy and fulfillment. Celebrate your own company, nurture your soul, and remember that self-care is not a luxury, but a necessity. #SacredLeadershipInstitute #PurposeDrivenFeminine #ElementalEnergy

Since the ski season will soon start, we feel like it´s important to raise awareness of the three types of fun. (Can be applied to most outdoor activities though). So we borrowed the best explanation we could find from Sketchplanations. When you´re experiencing Type I, you rarely think about it, you´re just having fun. When you´re up to Type II on the scale, you might start to doubt yourself & your decisions. Then it´s crucial to know the fun scale so you can tell yourself: "It´s OK, I will laught about this later" This can happen on our tours. Which is good, because this is where you grow. And it´s good to experience it while having someone is looking after your safety. Type III we personally have some experience of, but we don´t recommend it & won´t name examples publicly. You might be able to think of an example yourself. But if not & you´re on a multy day tour with one our guides, chances are you can ask for an example "off record". Go have fun out there (I or II) :
