Great insights, Tennille Jacobs! 🤔 As you mentioned, the key is 'consistency'! You need to make anything (positive) a HABIT! Studies show that 21 days is the "magic number". 😉 If you can journal DAILY for three weeks, it becomes almost 'second nature'.
