2moI find myself often thinking outside of the box to find solutions to serious problems that we face in the affordable housing arena. With non payers of rent to staff who have become complacent and who do not want more. I am confident when I finally work thru and weigh the options that although the decisions may be difficult the end result will move our company closer to success. Confidence is what guides me.
