The role will exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance that are directly related to the management and operation of the business. What youget to do: Supervise day-to-day operations of the local sales team ensuring the tools, resources, and infrastructure are in place setting the team up for success. Oversee performance management, provide coaching/training to support the development of new hires, ensure business continuity and onboard/offboard team members when necessary Demonstrate agile leadership to enhance motivation, morale and performance of sales team by developing and fostering a culture reflective of the organization's values that encourage cost effective results and reward productivity Guide teams in optimizing service delivery models for clients and talent; producing measurable and cost-effective results Accountable for teams' career mobility, retention, and engagement Leads by example in the areas of production, business continuity, and human forward model Implement sales strategy to gain market share by determining market landscape and the gaps and how to address gaps with teamUnderstands the current and future market, industry, and customers needs in order to support team with key prospects Articulate and champion the vision for your organization that enables Randstad to remain competitive in changing economic and technology climate Partner with a matrix team to ensure optimal scalable operating effectiveness and efficiency for all processes, technologies and initiatives connected with revenue-generating areas of the businessEstablishes and maintains relationships with customers, prospects, and other lines of business to drive profitable growth and grow percentage of accounts with other LOBs Subject matter expert aligned to specific industries and or job families Act as the key point of contact for the projects/initiatives as assigned Actively participate in national industry organization
