Series 2.. Why Technician? They are the backbone of the Company if we go into Pest Control... In the pest control company, technicians are the backbone of operations. Their role encompasses essential tasks, including inspecting properties, identifying pest issues, and implementing treatment plans for the specific conditions. Technicians are the face of the company, interacting directly with the clients. They educate homeowners and businesses on pest prevention, safety measures, and the importance of regular maintenance, maintaining trust and building long-term relationships. Technician technical skills are more important for executing effective pest management plans while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. The success of a pest control company largely depends on the knowledge, professionalism, and dedication of its technicians. There's really a need to make our technician learn the skills to handle the customer and sort out the problems of clients in a supportive manner. Grow with skill.... #Pestcontrol #fivemoins #technicians

The Restoration Industry is broken. What things would you like to see change in the #RestorationIndustry? In speaking with #restorers throughout the #US and #Canada over the last year, we've observed 3 common complaints: ✔ Mitigation Technician positions are just JOBS, not careers ✔ Frontline restorers are generally underpaid ✔ We're focused on the wrong priorities as an industry What else would you add to the list? And, how can we bring change at scale? Share your thoughts in the comments! 👇 #RestorationReform #RestoringTheRestorationIndustry #FrontlineWorkers #Technicians #Coordinators #Assistants #AFOR #ToLaborBelongsAllWealth
