In the last few weeks, I’ve been to eXp events in Marbella 🇪🇸, Lisbon 🇵🇹, London 🇬🇧and Dubai 🇦🇪 Never, in a million years, in 1997 when I started in #estateagency, did I think that I’d be travelling around the world as an #estateagent I remember being with Scott Gunn in the US 🇺🇸 a couple of years back saying ‘can you believe that this is what we do for a living!!’ It’s been a real eye opener for me, to realise that this is how you CAN work, if you want it badly enough 🙏🏻 A lot of people will look at this and think, “Well of course, it’s ok for you - you managed to bag yourself the fancy title at eXp UK - you have to go to these things as part of your role” Well actually, I don’t - I’m not obliged to go to anything because technically, I’m a ‘self employed agent’ I pay my £150 monthly fee to eXp UK ✅ I can, if I wish, sell houses, and earn the 70% commission (or 100% bar the £250 if I were to cap) ✅ I earn money from revenue share, just like every other agent in the world who helps agents to join, get set up & succeed ✅ And I’m gifted stock & shares at eXp World Holdings, for hitting certain milestones, which again, every agent on the planet has the same opportunity to do…✅ The trips I do, are paid for by me, not eXp, because it’s my business that I’m building, just the same as when someone new starts at eXp UK And just like many agents in the UK tell us that it’s changed their life, it’s changed my life as well 🤩 Not through a salary or the fancy (sometimes OTT 😉) title. But through eXp allowing me to build my own business within the framework Because with eXp, I have the opportunity to build my business into other countries - I’m now lucky enough to be working with agents in the UK 🇬🇧, France 🇫🇷, Spain 🇪🇸, Poland 🇵🇱, Australia 🇦🇺, and Dubai 🇦🇪 And I’m really not that special. I actually got lucky if I’m honest (although I’m a big believer in making your own luck) But the one thing that I did, that many others didn’t (or don’t), is I took a HUGE risk in partnering with eXp and I went ‘ALL IN’ on the model 🔥 And now, a few years on from starting my own business within eXp, my ‘job’ has transitioned from getting my business set up, to now (inside 5 years) working with agents around the world to help them build their own business, whilst travelling to those countries (and other new countries in the future) to make sure that everyone possible, knows that they have the same crazy opportunities 🤩 Because it can be your ‘job’ as well 😎 All you have to do, is take the first step, and get in touch with one of our agents Then I can show you the pathway, to falling back in love with #estateagency, to having your own name above the door, to creating your own future, to even growing your own global estate agency business I.
