Football agents in England have secured a partial victory in the challenge against FIFA's service fee cap. The detailed decision is yet to be published, but the arbitration panel determined that parts of FIFA's National Football Agent Regulations violate competition law. The Football Association now faces a crucial decision: revise the National Football Agent Regulations (NFAR) to comply with the law or suspend it and pass the matter back to FIFA.
