Hi Connections. As a graduate electrical engineer, I am aware of some requirements for electrical engineer jobs (because I read through the job descriptions in job vacancies opportunities) like : *hands-on experience on Siemens & Allan Bradley PLC Programming & Automation *experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) *High Voltage Switchgear switching *Switchgear tests *Transformer tests *experience with Power Factor Correction (PFC) *Etc... Since my company is not providing any electrical-based inhouse trainings, I as an individual see that I may waste my youthful years hence if anyone or any organization providing any of those aforementioned programs/trainings with certifications, please do let me know (with the duration and the training fee)🙏 NB: I am not talking about online learning I am talking about real hands-on trainings. It's also very rude, irresponsible and obnoxious for a company to request for an employee candidate with 'this and that' list of experience/requirements without actually providing the environment, resources and tools (inhouse trainings & development) to their employees!!! #electrical_engineering #trainings #certifications #career_development
