After an exhaustive investigation, here are the steps I took to identify and resolve the issue: 1️⃣ Checked if record types were added to the user profile. 2️⃣ Ensured that the default record type was disabled in personal settings. 3️⃣ Investigated for any overrides by VF pages or LWC components. Through this meticulous process, I discovered that the key lay in the assigned record types for the user profile. Oracle talking trash about Epic’s interoperability is hilarious. Listen , I have talked more 🗑️ about both of those companies than anyone, I have also cleaned up more of their messes too. I also have one of those sales awards from Oracle. So in my professional opinion.
