👨🏻💻 Most common frustration of engineers at work is "amount of technical debt". That's why we started Trag, to tackle this by automating almost every software maintenance task which is possible to automate. We give a power to engineers to prevent problems (CrowdStrike prevent! Not fix!) and do what they do best - building products, without thinking about maintenance. #softwareMaintenance #aiCodeReview #technicalDebt

Sh_t eating grin! Today’s hat is DST (Debris Service Technician), just one of the many hats I wear. That grin you see is for the invoice these services deliver. Having spent 17 years working for 2 incredible companies I learned a few things about vertical integration. Understand the costs fixed vs variable, understand the return on assets, know the whole cycle. #IBuildThings #construction #RONCE #enterpreneur

Serial Entrepreneur I Founder at Geeker, On-Demand Guidance from Software Experts I Co-Founder at Lexington Property Group
I just got off a call with a manager who was in full panic mode... Their team had been wrestling with a stubborn software issue For hours! And the deadline was just around the corner. The go-to person in the office The one everyone usually asks for help, had already left. This person was struggling and just wanted to resolve the issue so they could leave work. Enter Geeker. Within minutes, we connected them with one of our skilled technicians. >Problem solved >Deadline met >Team relieved. The manager sighed in relief and said "Why didn't I know about Geeker sooner? This would have saved us so many headaches!" This story is why Geeker exists: To provide fast, reliable software support right when you need it. - Ps: Do you have a go to person in the office?

The AT&T outage yesterday was shocking. I had just landed in Charlotte from my flight from Denver. I toggled off Airplane mode expecting to see "5G and my connectivity bars", but instead all I saw was "SOS"....Odd! Having just landed, I wasn't aware of the outage. I kept trying to adjust different settings--nothing was working. I was eager to get off the plane to access Airport Wifi and update my family about my trip. But, I couldn’t. Wifi access had understandably surged...it was impossible to find space on the network. Predictable, right? Mobile connectivity has become so baked into our way of life. The moment it becomes disrupted, we have to fall back on infrastructure and procedures that don't exist. What if flights were cancelled? How would I have made it back to Savannah? Drive without a map? Where would I find one? The drive would probably take twice as long--navigating congested roads unknowingly. Making wrong turns...driving in the wrong direction. Technology, automation, and network dependency are critical enablers of our everyday life. If you're a National Security professional, or a solution provider building capabilities that support National Security outcomes--realize that the next fight will not be isolated to a distant location. It will almost certainly impact us here at home--in ways that we don't expect. Incorporate that perspective into the way you build capabilities. Solution for failure, chaos, and the unexpected. I have to tag my dude Omar in this post. He was the Godfather of Chaos Engineering at Kessel Run and always brought such an interesting perspective to Day 2 Ops and building dependable (mission-ready) software. Kit Plummer shout out for inspiration for the AI-generated picture. This is a weird one. #chaosengineering #defense #outage
