Letting go was hard. But it transformed my company. When I finally started delegating, our growth exploded. But things were not all rosy all the time. Like 99% of CEOs, I too used to think I had to handle everything in my business. This belief stunted our progress and left me exhausted. Delegation didn't come easy. The first big project I handed off was nerve-wracking. But it turned out better than if I'd done it myself. My team brought fresh ideas I hadn't considered. This encouraged me to delegate more. Today, my role is different. I set the vision, build the team, then get out of their way. If you're still doing it all, take it from me: let go. Trust your team. Focus on what only you can do. That's where the real growth happens. P.S: Do you trust your team? P.P.S: Feeling overwhelmed with your business goals? Learn how I scaled to 8 figures by doing less.
