I have a Smart Tank 7602. I can't get it to work right. HP Supprt makes only token efforts to repair and close the cases without resolving the issue. I was promised they would replace my printer by someone named Kmer, but that isn't happening. Don't expect me to get excited about this.

Hp = TRASH & LIER. A bad company, with bad products and very bad support. Sorry they dont have support 👎👎👎💩💩💩 If you need a quality product, than dont buy by hp!!!
