I raised a second service request for my HP ProBook 635 Aero G8 Notebook PC on August 3rd. Nearly a month later, the issue remains unresolved. The local engineer initially promised a fix by August 6th but later claimed HP India had not provided the necessary parts. Now, the engineer has stopped answering calls and messages, and claims he's no longer responsible. This level of service is disappointing and unprofessional. I expect HP to uphold its reputation and provide a clear resolution. Please advise on the next steps or alternative actions, as I am considering further escalation if this is not resolved promptly.
