During our current #hiring drive at Flutch, I've come to realize that it's unrealistic to expect a perfect candidate profile in job descriptions. Think about it. When you try to pinpoint exactly: - Who will do the work, - How they'll go about it, - What tasks they'll handle, and - For how long they'll be involved, you inevitably introduce a lot of biases. And let's be honest, not all of these biases are fair or kind. #JD #Hiring
