Fresh engineering graduates in India are not employable. Its a known challenge for the last 20+ years. But Indian IT services companies have found ways to make them employable. This is not a challenge in medical education. Why? A medical college always has a hospital attached. Students get to practice from very beginning. Why not do the same to engineering education. A college is allowed to operate, only if it has employer partners, where students get to spend time to work on some industry project in an ongoing basis. Is it feasible? Perhaps, it will reduce the no of engineering graduates coming out every year. But is that a problem? What do you think? Than what is Simplilearn role? Your colleges take 10 lakh-15 lakh-20 lakh fee, but still most of the engineers are unplaced. They are charging a fraction and in my opinion helping a lot of freshers. I have 15 years of Industry experience, I also have given DSA rounds at companies offering crores of compensation. Yes DSA is important ✅ Yes courses are helpful ✅ Yes mentorship is necessary ✅ The funniest part is none of the “course students” complain about the courses. It is software engineers who do that.
