We are seeking public feedback on the draft Specified Enactment Direction: Pipeline Conservation and Reclamation Approvals Under the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act; Requirements and Guidance for Applications and Postconstruction Reclamation Assessment Reports.
📃 The Specified Enactment Direction has two main purposes:
1. It establishes detailed information requirements for pipeline applications, ensuring consistent and technically complete applications.
2. It defines expectations for postconstruction reclamation assessment (PCRA) reports. PCRAs are vital for restoring the land disturbed during pipeline construction to a productive and environmentally stable state.
Your input is valuable in ensuring responsible pipeline development that minimizes environmental impact.
