🇨🇦 The CN Tower – a symbol of engineering excellence and a testament to Canada's ambition. When it was built, it wasn’t just about creating the tallest free-standing structure in the world; it was about vision, growth, and innovation. Toronto and Canada as a whole were once focused on building and creating projects that truly advanced society. But today, our priorities seem to have shifted. Instead of pursuing the grand achievements of yesterday, we’ve become distracted by renaming streets, while ignoring some of the most pressing issues— the devastating rise in homelessness, drug addiction, and the brain drain that's affecting our brightest minds. It's time we return to that forward-thinking vision of progress and focus on what truly matters for a better future. 🎥 Check out this video on the CN Tower's engineering legacy, and let's rethink what it means to build a strong, prosperous Canada. #engineering #innovation #Canada #CNTower #brainDrain #progress #leadership https://lnkd.in/gDfuSDMR

Lively discussions today about what makes a building ‘right’ for science and innovation… We all agreed that you need to understand which segment of the market your scheme should be targeting, so you can interrogate what potential occupiers want and in turn specify correctly and deliver a suitable amenity offering. When interrogating your potential occupier targets, think about: 🎓the talent they need to access 🔬the anchors they want to link to 🧪the science they are undertaking 🍴the amenities their staff want to use 📍how they can interact with the local community and leave a positive impact. #lifescience #understandingoccupiers

🚆 **Building Connections, One Brick at a Time** 🏗️ Amid the hum of machinery and the rhythm of hammers, our team at GREENTEK CNDS is bringing a vision to life—a railway goods shed that will soon be a vital hub for transporting goods across the region. Every day, we see the structure rise a little higher, not just in steel and concrete, but in purpose and potential. The site buzzes with activity, from the engineers mapping out the next steps to the workers who are the backbone of this project. Each beam and brick is a testament to our collective dedication, a piece of the puzzle that will eventually connect industries, people, and places. It's more than just a building. It's a promise of progress, an infrastructure that will help move the wheels of commerce and create opportunities far beyond its walls. As we watch it take shape, we’re reminded that every great journey starts with laying a strong foundation—one that will support countless journeys yet to come. #BuildingDreams #RailwayProjects #GREENTEKCNDS #InfrastructureStories #ProgressInMotion
