As a Grant Processing Officer, I am grateful for the opportunity to deepen my understanding of HRD Corp products, which enables me to effectively communicate and share valuable insights with the employers. Our roles involves significant responsibilities. Beyond the daily task of approving grant applications, it is crucial to ensure that all employers effectively utilize their levies for learning and development. It is equally important to help employers understand the rationale behind their monthly levy contributions. I firmly believe that transferring knowledge and understanding to employers will empower them to better plan their internal learning and development strategies and support employers in their journey toward excellence to ensure they maximize the potential of the development of their human capital.
