Do not do employee surveys or exit interviews! If you do not plan to do anything with the employee survey results, then you’ve wasted your time and your employees’ time. Information is power and helps you to identify key improvement areas in your employee engagement efforts as well as your employee journey. Analyze the data and create a committee to discuss the outcomes. Continue to run employee surveys twice a year to begin seeing trends and have a better grip on planning and strategy. The same goes for exit interviews.
