I feel a type of excited about Pavlov’s direction that I haven’t felt in a long time. We’re putting in hard shifts but, they're truly paying off. The crux of it is that we are solving real-world NRR problems for our customers, and we're just getting going. In the last 10 months, we’ve been scheming, designing, building, working with design partners, and are now quietly launching our product with early customers. Honestly, we’re seeing some pretty incredible results. We're: • Boosting our customers’ product engagement by ~40% • Increasing their TTV by ~200% • Driving messaging open rates with their users at ~60% And this is just the beginning I’ll go deeper into how we do this in a later post, but generally, we consolidate critical data, target users at the right time, and drive them to valuable product usage, increasing adoption, engagement, and retention. Last week, we worked with an amazing PLG company to drive similar results to what I shared above. Due to this, we're opening an extra an extra PLG onboarding slot in our schedule to double down on learnings! - So if you need help with onboarding, engagement, or retention, let’s chat. We’re here to help :) - What’s next? I plan on posting more regularly about what Pavlov is doing and the space we're in. Putting your work out there is hard, but friends like Bobby Pinero have pushed us to share our journey, insights on our industry, and the problems we can help our customers solve. So, here we go :)

With a background in Classics, perhaps it's no surprise Analysis Practice Manager Thamer was drawn to our historic 282-year old business 🍻 But it's the future, and the front row seat her team has as part of the tech-enabled work that’s going to define the future of Whitbread, is why it rocks 🤘 "We’re creating a place we want to be, a ‘culture’ of learning, of knowledge sharing, of support and growth – at a time when the business is involved in some of the biggest projects in its history. Whitbread's always evolved over the centuries to stay ahead, moving with the times. The reinvention is a real pull and our team embodies that. We empower one another to develop, so bring your ideas to the table." 💙 Read more about Thamer’s career journey here: 📲 https://bit.ly/43zgftn 📲 #TechJobs #JobsInTech #TechJobsWhitbread #AnalysisPracticeManager #WhitbreadTech #PremierInn #PremierInnTech

AI Strategies, with ten years of experience working in software development. Thinking of new ways to give clients the best value and employees the tools to succeed.
Reflections on My 2 Years at Codster: Learning, Growth, and New Horizons (AI) 🌟 Recently, I celebrated (automatically) my second anniversary at Codster 🎉, Although LinkedIn can simplify these milestones, I believe it's essential to take a moment to look back and appreciate the journey 🚀. These two years have been a journey full of challenges and some ups and downs 🎢, but with colleagues who made the difficult moments more bearable and even fun 😂. Together, we always managed to meet the objectives set by our clients 🏆. I have been fortunate to work with incredibly talented developers 💻, who showed great patience in helping me understand the technical complexities of our implementations 🔍. Key Achievements: At the product level: •Improvement in purchase rate 📈 •Integration of new technologies 💡 •Automation for the operations team 🛠️ •Satisfaction surveys 📊 •Implementation of new login methods 🔑 •Introduction of new payment methods 💳 •Optimization of loading performance ⚡ •Complete redesign of the website 🌐 •Launch of new products (Membership, On-Demand, Giftcards) 🆕 •Conducting multiple experiments 🧪 Interestingly, this second anniversary at Codster also marks a change in direction within the company and my career 🔄. I will now embark on new projects focused on implementing AI-based solutions 🤖, an area I have been studying and exploring for months 📚. I am excited about what's to come and grateful for everything I've learned so far at Codster 🙏. Here's to new challenges and opportunities! 🌟 -------------
