AI for HR Marketing - Josef José Kadlec Applications of AI in creating customized job descriptions, video and voice cloning tools, and addressing why recruiters haven't been replaced by robots due to the complexity of recruitment. 3. How to Win Internal Stakeholders and Create Your Own Career Opportunities - Anaïs Neumann Strategies for engaging and influencing internal stakeholders to support your career growth and the evolution of talent acquisition practices. 4. Workshop: Evolving from Talent Acquisition to Talent Management - Anaïs Neumann Hands-on approaches to transition from talent acquisition to broader talent management, enhancing employee experience and development. 5. How to Build a TA Function from Scratch - Zvjezdana Topalović Overcoming initial challenges, establishing a solid foundation, and implementing effective, agile recruitment processes on a modest budget. 6. From Data To Ta-Da! - Serdzan Şimşek Arnautović A fantastic and fun presentation on the importance of data in recruitment, key metrics, predictive analysis, and improving candidate experience through feedback and data-driven insights. This event was a real boost, reassuring me that I'm on the right path, evolving towards Talent Success with AI and data. And it left me with many new questions and a desire to explore even more. Yesterday, I had the privilege to attend a thought-provoking HR Summit Roundtable conference hosted by Naukri, focused on "Unlocking AI’s Potential In Talent Acquisition." Over our 17-year partnership, we've seen Naukri evolve remarkably, and their new product, Naukri AI, is a testament to their dedication to innovation in recruitment.
