Gary Littman and I go… no… I won’t say how many years. Ok I will say it: 27 years! Well, this gem of an actor can do it all, dance , sing, act and is also a Live Action dubber who can take on the rythmo band like second nature. Go listen to his voice. The warmth and reassurance are timeless… Love you old friend! #audio #audioproduction #audiorecording #dubbingsoftware #dubbingstudio #dubbing #localization #recordingstudio #voiceactor #voiceacting #voiceovers #dubbingartist #dubbingactor #lipsync #postproduction #recording #scriptmanagement #VoiceQ #disney

🎬 Just watched Untapped on Netflix, and wow—what a powerful reminder of the resilience and potential in people often overlooked by traditional systems. The documentary spotlights individuals pushing past immense barriers, harnessing strength, and creating new pathways forward. It's a story of grit, support, and empowerment—values we champion every day at New Futures. At New Futures, we work to empower young people, especially those from marginalized communities, by providing access to education, career support, and holistic resources to navigate systems not always built with them in mind. Just like the individuals featured in Untapped, our scholars face unique challenges, yet they remain dedicated to achieving their dreams and lifting up their communities. Beyond our program work, we live these values in our own hiring practices. I’m proud to have helped build an employee lifecycle and culture—alongside my colleagues—that honors candidates' unique experiences, whether they have short-term credits, certifications, or nontraditional degrees. We focus on skills, strengths, and lived experiences to model the workplace we want our Scholars and Alumni to experience when they enter the workforce. This documentary serves as a timely reminder of why it’s so essential to keep pushing for equitable opportunities and support systems that honor everyone's unique journey. Here’s to building a world where every young person can realize their full potential—one opportunity, one voice, one success at a time. #NewFutures #Untapped #Netflix #OpportunityForAll #EquityInAction #InclusiveHiring

#Einstein once coined the phrase that everything is relative. So it is even in the #experienceeconomy. And so it will be in the #workplace and #worklife. First, the #virtual gave birth to #commuteregret in worklife, much like Netflix erased the value of heading to the cinemas in entertainment. The cinema and theatre needed a new narrative for it reason to be. Now Netflix is making it worthwhile to go see Netflix IRL at a theatre through a new narrative. Soon, all #offices need to do the same, creating a #FOMO or an experience that makes it worthwhile to experience the office IRL. I’m excited to share this important documentary developed and co-produced by Workday, UNTAPPED: Closing America's Opportunity Gap. This film shines a spotlight on the skills-based talent movement in America and the potential to close opportunity gaps and create a more inclusive workforce. The closing line of this preview really stuck with me: "Talent is distributed evenly, and opportunity is not." Proud to be part of a company that’s leading the charge in this crucial conversation. Don’t miss this powerful story about reshaping the future of work! #UNTAPPED #SkillsBasedHiring #OpportunityForAll #InclusiveWorkforce #FutureOfWork

🎬 The Changing Landscape of Hollywood 🎬 Michael Fortin, once a thriving aerial cinematographer and actor at the heart of Hollywood’s streaming boom, now faces the harsh reality of potential homelessness. After being evicted from his Huntington Beach home and struggling to keep up in Las Vegas, he reflects on a dramatic shift in the industry. For over a decade, Michael captured breathtaking aerial shots for major studios like Netflix and Disney. However, since the Hollywood writers’ strike in May 2023, the landscape has transformed. Productions have plummeted by 40%, and the once-booming industry is now fraught with uncertainty and layoffs, including recent cuts at Paramount. With unemployment in film and TV at a staggering 12.5%, many in the industry, like Michael, are feeling the pinch. The economic engine of Hollywood, which contributes over $115 billion annually to the LA region, is sputtering as studios grapple with how to remain profitable in a post-streaming bubble world. Despite these challenges, Michael remains hopeful. “Things are coming in little by little,” he says, though he acknowledges the industry has turned its back on many. As we navigate this new era of entertainment, it’s essential to recognize the human stories behind the headlines. #Hollywood #Streaming #FilmIndustry #Resilience
