*God’s Plans & Natural Phenomena* - should we be ‘connecting some dots’? As far as natural phenomena go, Jamaica alone had 2 earthquakes last year, one more major than the other. Thank God, there were no serious damages from either. Hurricane Beryl is now considered an anomaly/abnormality of high order, in that an hurricane of such strength / magnitude, covering such a wide area has never occurred so early in the hurricane season. The elements are certainly doing their thing on a global level!! Begs the question (s): is the Earth talking? Is the Lord speaking, drawing our attention to the fact that *HE IS*? Online presence showed the prayers of supplication were going up big time. For as much as we have advance notice, as much as we prepare and try to mitigate against the impact of these natural events, we largely have no control over their onslaught. As per scriptures, they are increasingly more intense & frequent. “The LORD strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle. *Lift up your heads, o ye gates; lift them up you ancient doors that the King of Glory may come in*. Who is he, this King of glory? The LORD Almighty - He is The King Of Glory” - Psalm 24:8-10 🙏🏾✝️✝️✝️

The February ENSO outlook from NOAA has issued a La Nina Watch while continuing the existing El Nino Advisory. Yup, both at the same time. How? The El Nino Advisory reflects that we are currently in an El Nino (which is favored to end in April-June). The La Nina Watch reflects that conditions are favorable for the development of La Nina within the next six months (which probabilities favor occurring in June-August). This has a lot of implications globally. A return to La Nina for the peak of the hurricane season in the Atlantic could mean increased hurricane activity. A return to La Nina also might mean a return to drier conditions across the Greater Horn of Africa. Last year ocean temperatures accelerated, boosted by an El Nino in the Pacific, but it was a global phenomen. This year the El Nino has reversed into La Nina conditions which reduces wind sheer across the tropical Atlantic. Ocean temperatures continue to break records and in the tropical Atlantic and are well above 2023 levels. Beryl is the earliest Cat 5 hurricane to form, the previous record set in 1980 was 5th August. smashing the record by a full month. Beryl became a hurricane in late June and was the most easterly June hurricane ever. High ocean heat content + low wind sheer from La Nina means a very active hurricane season is expected. Ocean heat content is currently about the same as the peak average of the past 10 years. If the ocean continues to warm even by a normal seasonal rate the next few months will be a very active hurricane season. Beryl is one example of non-linear change in the climate, a change which has implications for the insurance and investment industries. BERYL is the new hurricane that is moving towards Texas. Unfortunately the word BERYL= 13 a very unfortunate number that itself indicates death. 13= 4 Uranus, gives uncertain events in life. Unfortunately TEXAS starts with letter T= 4 again and this year 2024= 8 Saturn creates negative events with No 4. TEXAS= 9 Mars, again this 4,8,9 combination is not Lucky . Now after 2 days, July 8 will come so mostly it will hit Texas on that day as its 8 again. 8/7 Sun sign is Cancer ruled by Neptune 7, planet of Water element and so rain, tsnami , floods expected. HURRICANE BERYL= 7 too and so it indicates bad weather. 8+7+2024= 5 Mercury, that will give force to the hurricane as its fastest planet and in turn will affect Air and Earth element. Too. It is also categorized as Category 5 , where 5 is important. Category 5 = 4 again, unlucky. Beryl becomes a category 5 major hurricane over 29-30C water. Overnight and this morning Major Hurricane Beryl intensified into a category 5 storm, the strongest in this area for this time of year in observed history. One catalyst to the intensity is the much warmer than normal ocean surface. Beryl moved across an 85-86F/29-30C water surface overnight where the Caribbean Sea is warmest, compared to normal. Usually, waters this warm are possible during later August. The waters ahead of Beryl’s (NOAA) forecast track remain in the 85F/29C range across the Caribbean Sea. The Gulf of Mexico has recently cooled (current basin average 0.55C, down 0.77C from 3-4 weeks ago) due to a rainy pattern enhanced by Tropical Storm Alberto. Surface waters are significantly cooler (82-83F/28C) northwest of the Yucatan Peninsula where Beryl is forecast to track Friday night into Saturday. However, surface waters warm to a robust 85-86F/29-30C in the west/northwest Gulf of Mexico which is 1.0C to 1.5C warmer than normal and should support strengthening before making landfall late weekend/early next week.

WHY THE ATLANTIC HURRICANE SEASON HAS BEEN SO QUIET RECENTLY."The end result of that is tropical waves come off the coast of Africa farther north into less hospitable conditions and in worse form. These tropical waves are emerging into colder waters and dragging more dust-laden Saharan air off the continent when they do so.Additionally, tropical waves may have more thunderstorms embedded in them, but those thunderstorms lag the main axis of the tropical wave, which is bad for development. This Sunday, a large area of disturbed weather has formed over Central America, the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico, and the adjacent waters of the northwestern Caribbean Sea. A broad area of low pressure is forecast to form from this system over the southwestern Gulf of Mexico in a day or two. Environmental conditions appear conducive for gradual development of this system, and a tropical depression could form by midweek while it moves slowly westward or west-northwestward. Regardless of development, several days of heavy rainfall are expected across portions of southern Mexico and Central America. These rains are likely to cause life-threatening flooding and flash flooding. It has a low (10 percent) chance of formation in the next 48 hours and a medium (60 percent) chance in the next 7 days. An area of low pressure is forecast to form by midweek a few hundred miles northeast of the central Bahamas. Environmental conditions could be conducive for some development of this system thereafter while it moves westward or west-northwestward. How record-breaking Hurricane Beryl is a sign of a warming world Mark Poynting Hurricane Beryl has wreaked havoc in parts of the Caribbean – and put the role of climate change under the spotlight. With maximum sustained wind speeds of more than 160mph (257km/h), it became the earliest category five Atlantic hurricane in records going back around 100 years. In fact, there has only been one previous recorded case of a category five Atlantic hurricane in July – Hurricane Emily, on 16 July 2005. The causes of individual storms are complex, making it difficult to fully attribute specific cases to climate change.
