2moIt's super that you laud your top interns and potential graduate entrants. What about your "ordinary" staff, with whom you could not operate? You are happy to forget these, especially when they become staff pensioners. Time to remove the Clawback penalty from the 1 of your 13 UK staff pension schemes that suffer this. Taking 25% or more of pension back from the lowest paid but only 2% or less from the highest paid is just immoral. Time to do the right thing.
