In my experience, even the most routine tasks can pose serious risks. Using compressed air for cleaning is one of those necessary practices that comes with hidden dangers. 𝐴𝑓𝑡𝑒𝑟 𝑎𝑙𝑙 𝑖𝑡 𝑖𝑠 𝑗𝑢𝑠𝑡 𝐴𝐼𝑅 𝑟𝑖𝑔ℎ𝑡?!? If you're relying on air guns, it's crucial to ensure you're using the safest options available. Some things to consider: ☑ Are they OSHA compliant? ☑ Will it reduce below 30 psi if it is blocked? ☑ Do you have the proper chip guarding? ☑ Should you have a longer extension? ☑ Is there a shut off valve near the machine? ☑ Were operators trained on the dangers of using this tool? ☑ Who should they go to if there is an issue with the product? ☑ Are they connected with appropriate safety connects? ☑ Does the air hose pose a trip or possible kink hazard? ☑ Will it automatically shut off if it is dropped?
