The NHRD HOSUR CHAPTER has once again reached a significant milestone, this time by successfully organizing a CSR conference on 24th Feb 2024 Holiday Valley Resort, a feat that presents unique challenges in a small industrial town like Hosur. Led by the capable hands of immediate Past President Palanikumar P, and President Buvanesh Kumar, the Hosur NHRD team exhibited exemplary leadership, dedication, and collaboration to make this event a reality, without the assistance of external event partners.
From the outset, securing sponsors and garnering nominations posed considerable challenges, as did the task of sourcing high-quality speakers for the conference. However, through sheer determination and teamwork, each member of the team, treating the endeavor as if it were their own family affair, overcame these obstacles to ensure the conference's resounding success.
The core team consisting of Sebastian John, RAJESHKUMAR KANNAIYAN, and Durai Murugan spearheaded various committees with J. John Britto, Lokesh v, Guganesh R, Vikky Srinivasan, Aruli Thanigachalam, Deena V, Vinoth Kumar, Sridhar S, andoni michaeljp, Adisaya Kumar Y, Dr. Krishnamurthy (Care Foundation) Dr.K.C.Padmesh., Ph.D., Saranya Rajesh, Suryaprabha K H, Mohan raj, Narmatha V A, SOMANATHAN G, Sathia Antony Cruz, Yukta Umapathy, Jeeva Krishna Reddy, Chandrika Subramani, was driving actions on the ground. Swapna NJ efficiency in soliciting and consolidating registrations within a short timeframe proved invaluable, while Pradeep Ramachandran & Sakthi Selvaraj, in curating pertinent topics and identifying eminent speakers.
The conference concluded with robust action plans aimed at integrating CSR initiatives among the Hosur Industries, leveraging support from the District Administration, Directorate of Industrial Safety & Health, and Chief Education Officer in Krishnagiri District.
The conference was graced by the presence of distinguished speakers, Michelle Dominica, Sudheesh Venkatesh, Hemantha Kumar Pamarthy, Hemanth Madegowda, Adhunika Premkumar, Siddarth Daga, Neena Paul, Smitha Sreenivas, Betty Paul, Nirmala A, whose expertise and eloquence illuminated the event.
