food production is the process of transforming raw ingredients into edible food products. These converted food products can either be used for home cooking directly or by the food processing industries. The process of food production can be segregated into a number of stages and each of them is very important. #hotel_managements_ #chef #job_placements_ #best_hospitality_service #contact_for_more_detail_9289691225 #earning_with_learning #study #collage #faridabad_delhi_ncr

I'm not sure I want to know what's in the croissant. As more companies come out with plant-based foods designed to mimic the taste and texture of meat products, the animal agri-food players have been increasingly agro about the use of "fillet", "ribeye steak" and "spare rib" can mislead and confuse consumers. Well, France has just banned 'meaty' names from plant-based labels. The whole debate about food labeling has been rather amoosing. Even here in the U.S. meat and dairy farmers, the discussion has been a hot topic around consumer confusion. We've herd'em all. In fact, the surprisingly heated fight over what makes 'milk' milk has been making hay as of late because things like 'almond milk' and 'oat milk' threaten the industry. Of course, the conflict goes back to what is the usual reason for these things: money. Retail sales of milk, meat and everything in between is big money. And with plant-based foods and other alternatives starting to eat away at some of that market share, everyone is putting their stake into the ground. Whether the confusion argument actually holds water is debatable in and of itself. For most consumers, however, the debate borders on udder nonsense. They don't seem to have a difficult time understanding that hamburgers don't contain pig-derived ham and hot dogs don't contain, well, you know https://lnkd.in/g_sAxVs6 #france #plantbased #meat #food #marketing #brand #consumers

The average American now eats ~42 pounds of cheese a year, an amount that exceeds butter, ice cream, and yogurt combined, according to Bloomberg. It’s also more than double the amount of cheese Americans were chowing down on when the government began keeping track in 1975—an even more impressive leap when you consider that fondue parties were de rigueur back then. And the dairy industry is leaning into this growing love for the hard, soft, and stinky as milk-drinking declines. Of the $8 billion worth of dairy-product projects scheduled to get up and running in the US between 2023 and 2026, more than half are facilities dedicated to cheesemaking, the trade group the International Dairy Foods Association says. Heat treatment to preserve food products and beverages is a very ancient practice by humans. Whether the food and beverages we consume at home or in a restaurant, the challenge is to preserve them whole, from industrial packaging to end consumption. With the invention of pasteurisation, the preservation of beverages was addressed successfully. A major revolution after World War I was when flash pasteurisation technology was introduced in 1933 to preserve milk. Subsequently, this technology was adopted for other beverages, including fruit juices and fermented beer.
