Normalizing meditation as a wellness practice for work environments is simple in some forums, and in others it can feel like I’m inviting people into completely unknown, unfamiliar territory. I respect both. I am noticing how people tend to respond when they are met with something unfamiliar altogether. The range can be – get curious and engage (love this!! 😃 ) to poke fun, and other defense mechanisms, and everything in between.
