It's not an EasyApply application which means you're asking highly paid professionals to spend time on repetitive data entry. To be clear, it's outside my field and I have no intention of applying to this particular role either way. I'm speaking up for the quiet, frustrated applicant pool — almost all of whom will not be selected for this role — whom you are asking to spend an otherwise productive portion of their day on data that they've already been made available in a format your systems can ingest.
