It's been a while. I'm just doing a check in, I've probably been the most unproductive being in the past week but not without environmental factors being in play. Had to travel down to a place where Electricity and Network seem to be in a state of agreement to always be a source of fraustration. It has not been a smooth one ever since I got here but I'd leave that story an experience for another day. Have you ever had to deal with two mighty environmental factors and how have they influenced your Productivity and workflow? Kindly share in the comment section

How to be Direct Without Being Rude ➡️ Give context ➡️ Say "I think" or "I feel" instead of "you never" or "you always" ➡️ Keep your voice calm and even ➡️ Be concise ➡️ Before you respond, listen to their side ➡️ Acknowledge their feelings ➡️ Ask questions ➡️ Offer solutions ➡️ Be specific ➡️ Choose the right moment ➡️ Show appreciation ➡️ Talk in private if the conservation is sensitive ➡️ Stay positive ➡️ Follow-up after the conservation ➡️ Admit mistakes

How do you keep showing up? A Little secret ✍🏻 📍Last week was an amazing week for me. I started posting consistently on here intentionally and I intend to keep same energy for as long as I should. This week, I have a lot to do on my list. The first day of the week (Sunday) was quite tiring for me and I couldn’t make out content for today but I know I need to show up regardless and make an impact today. I ought to have given you this content since morning but i had a bunch of work offline. I couldn’t imagine cutting the streak on my decision to be consistent. So, I must show up still. 📍Show up regardless but with value still. Don’t let your excuses limit you in whatever field you may be working in. But when you show up, make sure you give value, so it doesn’t look mediocre. I will like to relate this to companies and individuals adhering to policies and regulations, no matter what project is being carried out, it is essential that you be aligned with the regulations pertaining to such execution. It shows and build competence in some ways. 📍From this week, I will be telling us about some policies that have been set to regulate activities of individuals and corporate bodies for environmental protection, so stay tuned.🚀 Was this content worth your time? Let me know in the comments 😊 Do have a great week ✨✨ #environmentalcompliance #environmentalprotection #20daylinkedinchallenge

I was on LinkedIn vacation, but now I am back! Yes, I was on a break from social media. As today marks World Environment Day, I can't help but emphasize the importance of embracing a sustainable lifestyle, rooted in harmony with nature. There is only one thought that I want to share: we are not saving nature we are saving ourselves because we are part of nature. In this era of rapid modernization, we've drifted away from this fundamental truth. It's time to reconnect with our core, to work not just for ourselves but for nature as well. Digital detox plays a crucial role in this journey, allowing us to build stronger relationships with our loved ones and rekindle our bond with the natural world. So, as I return from my LinkedIn break, I carry with me a renewed sense of purpose—to foster genuine connections, to share my thoughts and learnings, and to advocate for a sustainable future for ourselves and our planet. Today is a day of celebrating World Environmental Day and my return to Linkdean with many new experiences and interactions. I am looking forward to this journey together.
