I don’t know if anyone had an experience with HUD counselors, but I had. As. Real estate advisor and reached out to a local office just to learn see if I can get information on how my clients can get help and see if we can work together. Still waiting for response for over 2 months and 3 follow up emails. And to make it clear they respond to email one so it is their corrcet email. People have no knowledge of it and most likely wouldn’t get help. I rather for hud to do a certification for realtors and make a list of them and pay them per dim .

You offer housing counselor well I called and I've called and I called and I haven't received that one phone call and this has been going on like 2 months already I'm still waiting for HUD to call me from the regional office in Atlanta it's only been 3 years what is going on here how come we can't get no answers that we need

Respectfully the HC program needs to be expanded by adding trained personnel to the who can handle the backlog. It doesn’t matter what language its in if the department is understaffed and not replying.
